In any place, every individual's health contributes to community health. At times we disregard our health and sometimes, we tend to overdo it. For example, Smokers pose risk not only to themselves but also to each and every one who happens to inhale their smoke passively. In the name of marathon running, we may actually over-exert ourselves. So it is imperative we strike a balance and we must be aware of preserving health and avoiding disease.
Spreading Health Awareness can happen at every level in an organization, from laborers, workers, managers, and top management

For any disease- the Agent, Host, and Environment triad plays a role. By taking apt measures for any one or all of the above three, diseases can be avoided.
For example,
In COVID-19, the agent is Corona Virus which did not originate from humans but is easily transmitted from one infected person to another through inhalation. The Host is the man and we can avoid contact with the virus by quarantine, wearing masks, and vaccines. The Environment can be protected by disinfectants, adequate ventilation, ambient humidification, and preventing crowding.
For Alcoholism, the agent is alcohol- beer, rum, gin, vodka, country brews, etc. A host is a man who takes excessive alcohol. The environmental factors are the free availability of booze, social drinking, and lack of laws. Consuming alcohol even in small amounts can be very dangerous for Pregnant women, children, for those with liver, and kidney disease. Drunken Driving can result in Road Traffic Accidents. Alcoholics are prone to depression, Marital Discordance, picking quarrels, other drug addiction, Criminal behavior, Abusing others, etc.
Health Awareness and Knowledge is the Key to Community Health.
